Director of Sales, Western Canada

Mahmood Ladhani is our Director of Sales for Western Canada.

He is responsible for Chicago Title’s Western Canada sales team as they educate and support residential and small commercial lawyers with their title insurance knowledge and needs. Mahmood brings a wealth of knowledge in sales leadership, business development and Mortgage financing.

Mahmood’s primary focus has been building and establishing high-performing sales teams with traditional and private lenders nationwide in the B2C and B2B.

A “Westerner” from the roots, Mahmood’s built strong relationships across Western Canada and has developed a network through his leadership roles with the big banks. His experience in retail banking and traditional home financing, commercial lending in the mid-market space, specialized B2B sales and leveraging partners to grow the business and most recently in private equity give him a unique perspective on lending and the opportunities that lie ahead to help grow in the West coast as well as Nationally.
