A professional coach, retired athlete and multifaceted sales professional – Brent has 20+ years of experience in Commercial & Residential title insurance in Alberta. Prior to title insurance, Brent was an accredited insurance professional with Co-operators Insurance – Charlottetown, PEI.
In 2007, Brent moved to Calgary, Alberta where he has been instrumental in building relationships with lenders, lawyers, paralegals, and their firms. Sharpening his skills base while order processing his “east coast roots” allow him to connect with people on a professional and personal level. Upon moving to Underwriting, his passion for assisting law firms close their real estate transactions, resolving complex issues in a timely manner while helping clients build their business prepared him for the business development role. Diverse product knowledge, exceptional customer service and relationship development ensuring each client understands their success & satisfaction is paramount to solidifying a strong title insurance presence in Alberta. The continued focus for a strong foundation of education and training within the Alberta market, Brent will always make himself accessible to support the Alberta partnership with industry partners.
Born 2.5 months premature in Halifax, Nova Scotia – Brent resides with his wife (Jamie), 2 beautiful daughters (Cameron, Hunter) and 3 dogs in Calgary, Alberta. In all his spare time, Brent enjoys family time, cooking, travelling, playing baseball, hockey, golf, volunteering his time coaching his daughters Calgary Minor Hockey and Calgary Minor Baseball programs while travelling internationally coaching elite baseball athletes when permitted.
