Robert Mariani is the National Vice President, Title Insurance Sales at Chicago Title Insurance Company Canada. In this role, he leads the national sales team for Canada.
In 2016, Robert was selected to join Chicago Title as Vice President of Commercial Title Insurance for Quebec, with the goal of not only growing the company’s commercial book but also growing and managing the commercial team.
Robert began his career in commercial banking with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), but quickly transitioned to the title insurance industry when he was offered a leadership role at a title insurance company. It was a perfect fit for Robert, who spent 8 years in that role.
Since 2009, Robert has been responsible for building the vast majority of the commercial title insurance business in Quebec, establishing market awareness of the product, and forging key partnerships with real estate lawyers, lenders, and investors that continue to grow to this day.
