Connie Bird is our Assistant Vice President, Sales and Business Development. She manages Chicago Title’s Residential Title Insurance Sales Team across Canada.

Connie is a leader, a business/sales coach and a strategic advisor for sales leaders and performers. She focusses on critical thinking, sales skills and coaching capabilities to support her colleagues in self discovering their own path to success.

Connie is the contributing author to The Canadian Guide to Protecting Yourself from Identity Theft and Other Fraud and Life is Management. She is a best selling author of Life is Sales, who believes sales is a disciplined process and that your words have power.

Connie has over 20 years of experience in sales, coaching, management and business development. Her professional career began at Canada Trust where she developed her personal values for truly being of service and getting the job done. Connie has previous experience in the title insurance industry, in small business and most recently as a Strategy Execution Coaching Advisor for one of Canada’s big banks.

As a leader with business acumen, coaching strength and sales experience, she recognizes and coaches to specific behaviours that lead to exceeding key business results.
