Cristina Nagel

Cristina was born and raised in the Waterloo Region and has been involved in the real estate arena since 1986.

She started her career as a real estate administrator for a prominent local real estate brokerage. From there she was approached by a local lawyer to join their firm, which provided Cristina the opportunity to learn another side of the real estate transaction.

Cristina was then married and had two children and stayed at home for 5 years wanting to give all her care and attention to her family.

Once her children were in school, Cristina went back to work in title insurance industry where she would spend the next 10 years learning even another side to the real estate transaction.

Cristina has been through extensive training over the years in consultative selling and has her CPSA (Canadian Professional Sales Association) designation. As well many other educational seminars.

Cristina was licensed in 2009, her hard work and dedication has made her a top producer right from the start.

Education is key!! Knowledge is Power and Cristina’s extensive knowledge in these areas help her clients to truly understand the real estate process. Cristina is very passionate about helping her clients buy and sell their homes where negotiating skills are a must!! Cristina’s number 1 goal is to provide RESULTS!!

She is very excited to be a partner, once again, at Chicago Title to provide a diverse portfolio to all her clients. Here Cristina will grow her network as well as maintain her continued success in the residential market.

When Cristina has some time to get away from it all, she enjoys going to the gym, walking, boating and loves spending time with her family resting at her cottage.
